Richard K. Williams
President and CEO, Chief Technical Officer
An acknowledged device physics expert in power management and IC technology, Richard has invented many landmark products. Prior to AnalogicTech, Richard spent 18 years at Siliconix where he was senior director of device concept and design. He invented and developed several milestone devices, including an airbag controller IC for Mercedes-Benz, a LiIon battery disconnect switch for Sony and Apple Computer, and the first production Trench Power MOSFET. Williams holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MSEE from Santa Clara University.

Brian R. McDonald
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
With over 25 years experience in semiconductor finance and operations, Brian McDonald is responsible for all finance, human resource, and information technology functions at AnalogicTech including investor relations, internal corporate governance, and global ERP (enterprise resource planning) system support. Previously, he served as vice president of administration and CFO for Monolithic Power Systems, where he was instrumental in closing a $17 million Series D private funding round. Prior to that, Brian was vice president of finance and CFO at Elantec Semiconductor and he served as vice president and CFO at Mattson Technology. Brian has held financial and operations management positions at several Silicon Valley companies, including National Semiconductor Corporation, Read-Rite Corporation, and Micro Linear Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Administration from Santa Clara University.

Dr. Jun-Wei Chen
Vice President of Technology
Dr. Chen's extensive experience in CMOS, BiCMOS, and DMOS process technology development enables him to lead the development of proprietary process technologies at AnalogicTech, including device conceptualization and modeling, process development and integration, simulation, and intellectual property. He previously served as Vice President of Technology for SmartASIC Technology, where he led the development of the company's high-voltage driver ICs for plasma display panels (PDPs). Prior to his work at SmartASIC, Chen was Chief Technology Officer for CLL Technology, a maker of LCD-TFT gate driver ICs. He has also held executive-level positions at Trident Microsystems (Assistant Vice President of Operations) and OPTi (Vice President of Foundry and Product Engineering). Chen holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Kevin D'Angelo
Vice President and Fellow, Advanced Product Development
Since joining AnalogicTech in February 1999, Kevin has led the development of over 50 platform integrated circuits. Prior to AnalogicTech, Kevin had a prolific 20-year career as a design engineer. He served as a senior staff design engineer at Impala Linear Corporation and Siliconix, and began his career as an engineer at M/A-COM Linkabit. Kevin holds eleven patents and won the Marconi Award presented by Unico. He earned a BSEE from the University of California at San Diego.

Allen Lam
Vice President of Worldwide Operations
An expert in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, quality and reliability, Allen began his career in semiconductors in 1985. His overall responsibilities include manufacturing operations, supply chain management, foundry engineering, packaging and test engineering, as well as quality and environmental initiatives. Prior to AnalogicTech, he spent 13 years at Siliconix in engineering management. He holds seven patents and graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Edward Lam
Vice President of Marketing and Engineering
A 24-year veteran in the semiconductor field, Edward Lam is responsible for global marketing and engineering operations at AnalogicTech. He has a proven track record of leading focused, successful marketing and engineering teams and businesses in the analog and power management sectors. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Product Lines at Exar Corporation. Prior to this, Edward served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Sipex Corporation where he achieved over 20% growth in revenue. During his 21 years at National Semiconductor, he held several management and engineering positions – most recently as Vice President of the company's Analog Power Management Product Line which represented 25% of the company’s revenue. Edward earned a B.S. in Engineering from San Francisco State University.

David Schwartz
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
A high-tech industry veteran, David brings nearly thirty years of experience in the global sales of semiconductor products. His sales career covers a diverse range of applications and markets including analog, power, mixed signal, digital, RF and memory ICs, power discrete components, and system solutions.
David’s broad managerial experience in international semiconductor sales (and specifically as Vice President of Sales) includes an impressive career at highly respected firms, both large and small, including Renesas Technology, Mitsubishi Electronics, Motorola, and more recently at Oxford Semiconductor. He holds a BSEE from Pratt Institute and an MBA from Farleigh Dickenson University.
