AnalogicTech offers a wide variety of boost converters and charge pumps for display and lighting products. Typical applications include white and RGB LED drivers for display backlighting, fashion lighting, as well as camera flash and movie mode plus panel bias for OLED displays. For color display and keypad backlighting, AnalogicTech offers a family of charge pump products for driving and controlling the current (brightness) in white LEDs. Utilizing a proprietary protocol with a patented AutoBias tri-mode charge pump, these low-noise, small footprint products can control LED brightness with a single control wire, eliminating the need for PWM signals. These devices also reduce component count by removing the requirement for external ballast resistors. Application-specific charge pump products are also available for driving color RGB diodes, camera flash diodes, and TFT biasing.
