PowerManager™ IC products include voltage references, voltage detectors, and microprocessor supervisory circuits. These devices are available with a wide range of features — from simple references to enhanced microprocessor supervisors. Voltage references are available over a 0.5% to 2% tolerance range. Industry-standard, pin-compatible voltage reference devices are designed to provide a low-cost, highly reliable reference for new designs and be a second source solution to existing products. These voltage reference devices are typically offered in three-pin configurations with options for ±0.5% and ±1.0% voltage tolerance ranges. These products are useful for voltage reference applications in personal computers, isolated feedback in switching power supplies, adjustable and programmable power supplies, external references for linear regulators, and as a global reference device for multiple power supplies.
