These SmartSwitch™ devices are members of AnalogicTech's Application Specific Power MOSFET™ (ASPM™) product family. The devices are available in a number of channel configurations and have an integrated current-limiting circuit to protect the input supply against large changes in load current which could cause the supply to fall out of regulation.
